Microdosing involves taking very small doses of Psilocybin, usually around 1/10^th to 1/20^th of that of a normal dose. This dose of Psilocybin is not enough to produce a “trip”, or the hallucinations often associated with a higher dose. Microdosers tend to take these doses to improve their well-being or enhance their emotional or mental state.

• People under the age of 19
• In combination with alcohol or other drugs
• During pregnancy or breastfeeding
• In combination with some medications including lithium carbonate medicine (Lithium) or Tramadol
• In those with a family history of psychosis
• During periods of intense emotional instability, such as grief
• Men with color blindness
• Those with Bipolar disorder
• Those who suffer from severe paranoia.

Many medications and supplements can be safely combined with microdosing, and/or mushrooms. ALWAYS consult your doctor first if you plan to combine, stop, or phase out any medication.

A microdose is anywhere from 50 to 200 milligrams of dried Psilocybe.

We recommend either of the 2 methods of microdosing.

Method 1: The 1-day on, 2-days off cycle is best in maintaining your tolerance level so you are attaining the optimal effect from each microdose. The full benefits of your microdose cycle take about a month to kick in with this method.

Cycle Example: Microdose on Monday, take Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Method 2: The 4-days on, 3-days off cycle is a good cycling method to fast-track the full benefits of microdosing, at the cost of a quicker tolerance buildup.

Cycle Example: Microdose on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, take Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

Many people microdose every day, although we do not recommend it due to the quick tolerance buildup to Psilocybin. If choosing this method, you will eventually find yourself increasing your dosage to get the same benefits.

Absolutely, in fact, in most cases, it will enhance your workday on many levels. Although, if it is your first time microdosing we recommend that you start your cycle on a day off work to get comfortable with your dose first.

While you may notice immediate benefits while microdosing, the full benefits of a microdose cycle tend to come about a month after consistently microdosing. Just like any health supplement, it takes consistency and time for your body to fully experience the full range of benefits of microdosing

The way a dose feels for one person, can feel completely different for the next. Psilocybin is not considered to be an addictive substance, nor does it cause compulsive use. The main reason being is that the human body quickly builds tolerance to Psilocybin. People require much higher doses after only a few days of repeated use, making it extremely difficult to have any effect after more than four days of repeated usage.
